Begin by getting rid of the harshness in the dialogue by boosting one of the mid frequencies, and the Gain -> middle to about 9 dB, and change the Q setting to 20 to get a narrow tool. You can keep adjusting the mid frequency, gain, and Q while listening to your audio in order to find the right sounding audio. You can repeat this process throughout the equalizer columns.
